Privacy & Security¶
Your data is personal. Here's how Intestigator protects it.
Where Your Data Lives¶
On your device: All logged data stays on your iPhone or iPad unless you choose to sync or export.
In your iCloud (optional): If you enable iCloud Sync, data goes to your personal iCloud—the same private storage as your photos and notes.
Not on our servers: We don't collect, store, or have access to your data. We never see what you eat, your symptoms, or your patterns.
What We Store¶
Only your email address (if you have an account) and subscription status. No health data, no logs, no insights.
iCloud Security¶
With iCloud Sync enabled, your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only devices signed into your iCloud account can access it—Apple manages the encryption, and we cannot decrypt your data.
Your Control¶
You have full control over your data:

No Tracking¶
Intestigator doesn't track your location, access contacts, read other apps' data, share with advertisers, or sell your information.
Your Data, Your Terms¶
Your data should be yours (you control it), private (no one sees it but you), portable (export anytime in standard formats), and deletable (remove whenever you want).
